Conflict creates stress, unhappiness and causes frustration within your entire team. These feelings of unease almost always affect patient care and impact productivity. Stress in an office can be sensed by your patients and can impact their impression of your office. An impartial and external perspective will help to clarify the problem and discover solutions that are amenable to each person involved. My practical experience enables me to offer unbiased solutions, often ones that havent been considered because conflict can be so personal. An educated and yet impartial opinion is one of the primary advantages gained from an outside perspective
As an experienced negotiator, I can be the objective mediator to help you resolve the issues at hand, reopen lines of communication and implement the changes necessary in order to avoid the same types of problems in the future.
